Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laser and optics systems across a regional territory. You will perform repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration at customer sites, providing remote and onsite support to clinical and commercial customers.

Expect travel regionally and internationally, with a focus on keeping equipment up and customers satisfied. The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years in field service or medical device environments, preferably

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years field service/engineering/technical support for complex electrical/electronic equipment.
• 3+ years medical device industry experience, preferably laser/optics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of laser systems at customer sites.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clinical and commercial customers.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose equipment issues, and coordinate parts with internal teams.
• Travel regionally and internationally to support customers.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
