Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Biomedical / Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of prior field service experience in related field is preferred.
• Desirable knowledge of Flow Cytometry, Liquid Handlers and Centrifugation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage all aspects of customer interaction to ensure exceptional satisfaction and first-time fixes.
• Accurately close service calls and manage escalations per procedures for reporting and ISO audit readiness.
• Meet and exceed revenue goals, grow Field Service Maintenance Agreements, and generate new equipment leads.
