Job summary

Epson America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for professional printing products. The role is remote and based in the Seattle area, with substantial travel to customer sites across Northwest Washington and beyond.

You will diagnose, repair, install, and train customers on Epson printing solutions, while documenting all service activities and collaborating with partners and service management on special projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of advanced technical or field service experience for commercial/industrial printing equipment.
• Field-based/on-site troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer support experience.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Experience with RIP software, color management, and ICC profiles.
• Ability to travel 50%+, reside in the Seattle area and support Northwest Washington.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product failures and perform on-site and remote repairs to quickly return customer equipment to production.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, configuration, and equipment performance issues.
• Install Epson products and conduct customer training on equipment operation, production, and maintenance.
• Recommend solutions to improve equipment performance and the overall customer experience.
• Document service and repair activities and maintain accurate technical records.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and on-site service.
