Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex instruments and document resolutions within defined timelines.
• Own customer satisfaction by managing issues from start to finish with clear communication.
• Manage territory, plan service visits, and support on-call rotation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines during service activities.
