Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer to support the Northland Territory (ND, SD, MN, WI, MT). Remote work is possible.

You will troubleshoot, install, validate, and service Beckman Coulter equipment, perform preventive maintenance, logs, and parts orders, and train newer engineers while traveling as needed across the territory.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (technical/biomedical/engineering or related) or equivalent military experience.
• 1 year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
• Travel ability with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 lbs and be able to bend, crouch and stand for extended periods.
• Developing relationships with customers to foster satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, validate, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on Beckman Coulter systems.
• Maintain accurate logs, order replacements, and adhere to cycle times.
• Use systems like OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for planning and reporting.
• Assist in training newer Field Service Engineers.
