Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to service and upgrade advanced Honeywell control systems, including Experion PKS. You will plan migrations, validate customer requests, and maintain strong customer relationships while traveling up to 80% of the time and working remotely from Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, Chattanooga, VA, or Kingsport, TN area.
You will report to the Field Service Manager and support complex DCS environments, ensuring uninterrupted industrial
Qualifications
- 4 years of professional experience in field service, technical operations, or related area.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% – up to 2 weeks away from home.
- Ability to obtain multiple L3 certifications within 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, audit, configure and upgrade Honeywell control systems such as Experion PKS.
- Plan and execute upgrades and migrations without disrupting operations.
- Provide expert technical support and customer liaison for Honeywell control systems.
- Install/commission, troubleshoot hardware/software, and migrate legacy systems.
