Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to maintain and upgrade advanced Honeywell control systems, including EXPERION PKS and TPS. You will plan migrations, support customers, and travel up to 80% from Charlotte, Nashville/Kingsport/Chattanooga, TN, or Virginia regions.

You will report to the Field Service Manager and drive migrations while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. Requires 4+ years in field service and ability to obtain L3 certifications within 18 months.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in field service or related technical operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (up to 2 weeks away).
• Ability to obtain multiple L3 certifications within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, audit, configure, program, install/commission, upgrade, and migrate Honeywell control systems.
• Plan and execute upgrades and migrations with minimal process disruption.
• Provide expert technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers on technical and administrative issues.
• Assist sales during pursuits and represent Honeywell to end-users.
