Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades and migrations of advanced Honeywell control systems, including EXPERION PKS and TPS/TDC3000. You will plan and execute upgrades and migrations, ensuring Right and Fast Delivery.

Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in field service, technical operations, or related areas.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% – up to 2 weeks away from home.
• Ability to obtain multiple L3 certifications within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on technical and administrative issues.
• Serve as the customer contact for service-related issues and inquiries.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell control systems (Experion PKS, TPS, LCN).
• Upgrade Experion software on live systems without interrupting processes.
• Migrate legacy Honeywell control systems to new technology.
• Understand customer processes to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations.
