Job summary

Anord Mardix is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customer sites in the Arizona area. The role focuses on installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair of low voltage distribution gear and related power equipment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in electrical power distribution or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with UL standards, and prior data center or mission critical system exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates level education in electrical power distribution or related field.
• 5+ years of similar work experience in a related field; military experience preferred.
• Data Center or mission critical system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of UL Standards (UL67, UL1008, UL10008, UL60950, UL891) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repair for low voltage gear and power distribution equipment.
• Prepare technical reports, monitor spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Maintain safety regulations at company sites and client locations.
• Attend site meetings and interface with Project Management and site personnel.
• Deliver excellent customer service and escalate needs for resolution.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and relay information.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies; perform additional duties as needed.
