Job summary

48 Electric is seeking an Electric Field Service Engineer to Commission, troubleshoot, and support safe operation of mission-critical electrical systems at customer sites across Arizona. You’ll work with MOPs, support emergency response, and ensure NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards are met.

The role requires an active Journeyman license (or equivalent), advanced electrical knowledge, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent)
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E; manufacturer training on switchgear, UPS, or generator systems (preferred)
• Skilled in interpreting schematics, single-line diagrams, MOPs, test reports, and load calculations
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, megohmmeters, power analyzers, and IR cameras
