Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service professional to service Automation, Immunoassay, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Clinical IT, Microbiology and Hematology platforms. Role requires troubleshooting, installation, and preventative maintenance with strong customer interaction.

Position supports remote work where eligible; requires travel within the San Francisco and Ukiah regions. Competitive hourly pay with bonus/incentives and housing allowance, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
• Travel with overnight stays within SF and Ukiah, CA; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move equipment up to 50 lb and meet physical requirements.
• Two+ years of advanced troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance or repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, perform preventative maintenance and service repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs, order parts, and adhere to cycle times.
• Use OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint for service planning and team goals.
• Train newer Field Service Engineers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
