Qualifications

• Hands-on automotive dealership service or diagnostic work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to manage, document and close dispatch cases within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote field support to GM dealerships and customers.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, direct repairs and escalate as needed.
• Participate in dealer training and share diagnostic information using Techline tools.
• Collaborate with DMPS, BRM, BRC and regional teams to reduce warranty expenses.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership management and support wholesale operations.
