Job summary

GM is seeking a field-service diagnostics and repair specialist to support dealerships with vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and escalation handling. You will perform repairs, provide feedback on service readiness, and support Techline products at GM dealerships and authorized facilities, including fleet accounts.

The role emphasizes accountability to GM values and culture, with duties including additional related tasks as assigned and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce warranty

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include vehicle diagnostic and repair support, providing an avenue for escalated cases, product problem resolution and territory management support.
• Diagnose and direct repairs on customer vehicles and to reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty expense.
• Provide Dealership service readiness feedback and support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities including certain GM Fleet accounts.
• Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GM's values and cultural behaviors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
