Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose, repair, and document vehicle issues and resolutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to run reports and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to GM dealers for vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage dispatch cases, escalate issues, and communicate resolutions effectively.
• Deliver in-dealership training and enable dealer service readiness to reduce buybacks.
• Build relationships with dealership management and support teams to improve service.
