Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher required with relevant lab/field repair experience.
• Military experience plus applicable repair background acceptable.
• Prolonged regional travel may be required; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment within defined timeframes.
• Communicate service offerings, training, and software upgrades to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand analytical workflows and applications.
• Follow installation and service documentation standards.
