Job summary

Qualifications

• Three routes to qualify: a BA degree with relevant discipline or an applicable associate degree with experience or a high school diploma plus extensive repair experience.
• Candidates show experience repairing laboratory equipment and familiarity with analytical instruments.
• Proven ability to work in laboratory environments and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, validate and repair instrumentation at customer sites.
• Provide troubleshooting and repair services including warranty support.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain equipment and software records.
• Travel up to 75% to service customers as required.
