Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Service Coordinator in the United States to oversee field service requests from scheduling to completion. You will coordinate technicians and vendors, manage work orders, and maintain clear customer communication in a fast-paced, remote team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or dispatch roles, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a 40-hour schedule (Wed–Sun, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM CT). Benefits include healthcare and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years in dispatching, service coordination, scheduling, or related operations preferred.
• Field service/technical environment experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and prioritize field service requests per SLAs.
• Coordinate technicians and external vendors by location and availability.
• Verify qualifications, rates, and tools before assignments.
• Communicate work orders and expectations to teams.
• Manage work orders through scheduling, progress, and completion.
• Monitor commitments and address delays or conflicts.
• Collaborate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Respond to emergencies and escalate when needed.
• Provide timely updates on schedules and service status.
• Balance workloads across coordinators and ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and charges.
