Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Field Service Analyst I to perform on-site risk audits of dealer accounts, assess business health through physical and financial checks, and report findings to Operations and Risk leadership. The role requires strong communication, judgement, and travel across Alabama.

You will support collateral inspections, coordinate with Recovery for repossessions, and help ensure compliance with contract requirements while delivering reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of auto industry experience or related field.
• 1–2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site audits and risk assessments for dealer accounts.
• Inspect collateral through lot and title audits and determine equity.
• Travel within assigned territory and provide findings to Operations and Risk teams.
• Support Recovery team with collateral repossessions and documentation.
