Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive company, seeks a Field Service Analyst to conduct on-site audits and support risk and operations teams across dealer accounts. The role emphasizes customer service, risk assessment, and thorough documentation in written and visual formats.

You will travel within Alabama, inspect collateral, and present findings to leadership while helping recoveries and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. A clear focus on reliability and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the auto industry or related field; 4 years in lieu accepted.
• 1-2 years audit/inspection experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel regional on short notice up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site risk assessments at dealer locations.
• Investigate processes, document observations, and identify risks.
• Inspect collateral and inventory to support underwriting.
• Verify inventory in market share and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Recovery team for collateral handling and repossessions.
