Job summary

Legacy Management is seeking a Field Support Manager to provide operational leadership across multiple hotel locations. This hands-on role requires stepping into day-to-day operations, performing front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other duties as needed, while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand adherence.

The position emphasizes travel (75-95%), overseeing safety, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and P&L with a focus on team development and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service and hotel operations across locations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff with clear expectations.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and hotel-level P&L.
• Travel 75-95% to support site locations and field teams.
