Legacy Management is seeking a Field Support Manager to lead and support hotel operations across locations. This hands-on role requires stepping into daily duties and occasionally acting as General Manager, with extensive travel (75-95%).

Responsibilities include guest service leadership, personnel development, safety/compliance, and collaboration with local markets to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Prior hotel operations/hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable to drive.
• Travel 75-95% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead guest service and resolve concerns quickly while upholding quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff; communicate expectations and enforce policies.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance; manage audits and key controls; payroll and inventory understanding.
• Support marketing and sales efforts; build community relations and assist with local engagement.
• Travel 75-95% to support hotel teams in the field.
• Direct supervision of all staff at assigned hotel locations.
