Land.com Network, part of CoStar Group, seeks a Field Sales Associate based in Oklahoma to grow revenue selling Land.com solutions across a defined territory. This home-based role requires travel and in-person client meetings, with a path to deeper product expertise and territory leadership.

You will own a territory plan, build relationships through consultative selling, and drive onboarding and account optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory.
• Strong customer service track record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start.

Aufgaben

• Develop expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to differentiate value and win deals.
• Own and execute a territory business plan with revenue targets and drive growth from existing customers and new logos.
• Build and expand strong client relationships through consultative selling.
• Drive customer retention with onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization meetings.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast monthly revenue, and meet defined KPIs.
• Travel up to 40% overnight within the territory.
