Job summary

Uponor is seeking a Sales Representative to drive profitable growth for commercial & residential segments from a fully remote role, ideally based in Montreal or Quebec City. You will develop target account plans, leverage SFDC for forecasting, and collaborate with the national accounts team to execute local and corporate strategies.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in major account selling and a PHCP background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years related experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling, and the construction market is required.
• Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience in PHCP industry preferred.
• Installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop and execute detailed account development plan for Top 10 Target Contractor accounts with senior level alignment.
• Assist in territory-wide strategies to drive growth across builders, plumbers, heating contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports and expense reports accurately and timely.
