Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• MBA or CPCU/CIC preferred.
• 6+ years of sales experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Previous managerial or leadership role leading an insurance sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business growth.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure effective engagement and conversion.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Customer Service to align initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
