Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Allstar Cheer market in a remote, territory-based role. You will meet with programs in your area, understand their needs, guide them through the ordering process, and develop long‑term partnerships while collaborating with design, production, and customer teams.

This full-time position requires 40+ hours weekly with significant travel and in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general CRM usage.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory with full accountability for results.
• Spend a minimum of 50% of time in the field prospecting within your territory.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and deliver high service levels.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events.
