Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and common sales tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts one-on-one meetings to review goals and coaching.
• Develops performance improvement plans for reps.
• Pre-plans sales periods and sets target accounts.
• Participates in interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and resolves issues.
