Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meetings to communicate objectives and close gaps.
• Develops and reviews performance improvement plans and coaching notes.
• Addresses skill deficiencies with customized coaching plans and progress tracking.
• Pre-plans each sales period with representatives and sets target accounts.
• Participates in associate interviews and onboarding with HR.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and resolves customer issues.
