Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive sales volume and distribution by leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Representatives. You will plan, train, and execute initiatives across the Wausau, River Falls, Chippewa Falls, and Eau Claire markets.

The role requires at least 5 years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meetings with representatives and reviews performance.
• Develops performance enhancement plans and tracks progress.
• Addresses skill deficiencies with customized coaching plans.
• Pre-plans each sales period and strategizes to achieve goals.
• Participates in associate interviews and onboarding with HR.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and opens new opportunities.
• Coordinates supplier ride-alongs and surveys with Business Managers.
• Resolves customer issues following company policies.
