Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience with 5+ years in sales.
• Ability to develop and coach sales reps and plan performance.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts one-on-one meetings to review objectives and opportunities.
• Develops and reviews performance plans and evaluates new hires.
• Addresses skill deficiencies with tailored coaching plans.
• Pre-plans each sales period and defines target accounts.
• Participates in interview and onboarding processes with HR.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and resolves issues.
• Coaches supplier surveys and coordinates ride-alongs with reps.
• Adheres to processes and company policies; supports leadership.
