Job summary

CompuGroup Medical, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive adoption of our EHR/PM/LIS and RCM services within the Ambulatory Physician Practice space. You will build pipelines, perform demos, and close deals while maintaining accurate records in SAP.

The role offers remote work across the United States, with hybrid options and a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree and software sales experience are required, along with a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience in business or sales management.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a software sales environment.
• Knowledge of the Healthcare or IT Industry.
• Demonstrated history of success in the past two years (e.g. meeting quota) for selling healthcare software.
• Familiarity with current trends in the business sector, customer goals, strategy, financials and challenges.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through closing deals.
• Perform needs discovery, qualification, and sales opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product demos and negotiate terms to close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems for reporting.
• Prepare and submit sales reports showing volumes and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
