Job summary

Nordson Packaging seeks a Field Sales Engineer to cover Eastern Spain in a remote, customer-facing role. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and present Nordson solutions with a consultative, value-based approach.

Regular trips across the territory and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B industrial sales, strong contract negotiation skills, and fluent Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role in industrial or technical markets.
• Strong value-based selling skills with ability to communicate business value.
• Experience in negotiating complex contracts and long-term supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the territory, targeting and securing new key accounts.
• Develop and grow relationships with existing customers, expanding business by promoting additional products and applications.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial needs and propose Nordson solutions.
• Conduct regular customer visits and proactively plan territory and weekly activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and long-term commercial agreements to ensure profitability and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, visits and opportunities in CRM.
• Support sales forecasting and monitor market development and risks.
