Job summary

Allstate is seeking an Account Relationship Manager to act as the retail product and program expert, supporting direct agents and sellers to maximize ADS participation and program profitability. You will be the primary contact for ADS program execution and training across the territory.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales growth, and training delivery, with supervisory duties and a salary range tied to experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in direct sales or account management.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and support agents or sellers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for all producing direct agents and dealers in the territory.
• Coordinate training and support for ADS programs and certifications.
• Monitor agent/dealer performance and drive sales growth in assigned accounts.
• Support product sales, contract processing, cancellations, and program profitability.
• Deliver external training workshops and ensure regional teams meet certification standards.
