• Own and manage a defined sales territory in Arlington, VA to drive growth of CooperVision's contact lens portfolio.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and clinic staff to expand product education and adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations to execute business plans and hit revenue targets.
• Leverage a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and present solutions that maximize market share.
