CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to drive growth in the Fremont, CA territory. Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and staff, using a consultative approach to expand market share and meet revenue targets.

You will travel up to 80% within the territory, manage a robust call cycle, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute strategies. Residence in the territory or nearby preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry.
• Ability to travel within territory up to 80% and 10–15% outside territory.

• Meet and exceed sales goals based on territory quota.
• Maintain territory call cycle with 5–7 pre-set appointments per day.
• Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and position CVI products.
• Proficient with CRM tools and sales analytics (Salesforce, Tableau, Showpad).
• Develop account business plans with Regional Director and drive market share.
