Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I to support patient access across Minneapolis and surrounding markets. You will educate HCPs on payer landscape, navigate coverage policies, and resolve reimbursement questions. This role requires 7+ years in pharma, strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of coding/reimbursement.

Expect ~50% travel to meet with customers and build partnerships. The base salary ranges from $139,100 to $231,900, with a 17.5% bonus target and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with sales and/or coding/reimbursement experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field calls with HCPs and staff to support patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary changes to HCPs/office staff.
• Distribute Pfizer-approved materials related to coverage and patient support programs.
• Educate stakeholders about Hub financial assistance and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with HUB and other access programs to understand payer requirements for patients.
• Maintain compliant case notes and share insights with internal Pfizer leadership.
