Job summary

The role requires 7+ years of pharma experience, strong communication skills, and 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
• Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Must reside within territory and travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access and resolve reimbursement questions.
• Provide in-person and virtual education on payer landscape, coverage, and formulary updates.
• Distribute Pfizer RC-approved materials on coverage and reimbursement matters.
• Educate HCPs regarding Hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with Pfizer patient access programs to understand payer requirements.
• Address questions about prescription status for patients in Pfizer programs.
• Compliantly use Pfizer’s designated case notes system.
