Job summary

Harrow, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as the in-market reimbursement expert for Harrow’s retina and surgical portfolios. You will educate practice staff on coverage, coding, billing, and claims processes to help patients access Harrow therapies.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields, with buy-and-bill experience and strong payer knowledge. Role supports remote field work and requires up to 80% travel across CA, OR, WA, and ID.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in reimbursement, field/sales, or related healthcare roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Buy-and-bill experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of Field Reimbursement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Educate practice staff on payer coverage, billing/coding policies, and claims submission.
• Maintain accounts with regular business reviews to assess reimbursement performance and barriers.
• Identify denial trends and develop targeted action plans with field leadership.
• Collaborate with HUB and Patient Services to coordinate benefits verification and PA/appeals support.
