Job summary

Harrow seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support its buy-and-bill drug portfolio in Retina and Surgical areas. This role covers Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa, focusing on compliant reimbursement education, access expansion, and resolving barriers for patients.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for payer coverage, coding, prior authorizations, and claims, plus conducting business reviews and collaborating with HUB, Sales, and healthcare teams to manage accounts

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields.
• At least 2 years of field reimbursement experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; buy-and-bill familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for practice staff on payer coverage, coding, prior authorization, and claims.
• Conduct business reviews to identify denial trends and escalate systemic issues.
• Collaborate with sales and healthcare teams on account management.
• Perform claims analysis and maintain up-to-date payer policy knowledge.
