Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support Harrow's buy-and-bill portfolio in Retina and Surgical therapies. You will serve as the primary reimbursement contact, educating practice staff on payer coverage, billing, coding, prior authorization, and claims.

Travel up to 80% is required; the role partners with HUB and leadership to address denial trends and optimize patient access to high-value therapies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in field reimbursement.
• Buy-and-bill experience essential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with HCPCS Level II codes, benefit verification, prior authorization, claims, and payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement contact, educate practice staff on payer coverage, billing, coding, prior authorization, and claims.
• Manage account relationships, conduct business reviews, and develop action plans to address denial trends.
• Perform claims analysis, identify systemic payer issues, and elevate complex barriers.
• Collaborate with HUB and leadership, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure compliance.
