Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare-related field, reimbursement, brand management, and/or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Buy-and-bill experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of Field Reimbursement experience.
• Healthcare credentialing and/or certification preferred.
• Eye care or private equity experience preferred.
• HCPCS Level II (J-code) and Transitional Pass-Through experience preferred.
• Experience with benefit verifications, prior authorizations, claim assistance, and appeals.
• Payer coverage experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary field contact for practice administrators, billing/coding staff, and clinical staff on reimbursement matters for Harrow brands.
• Provide non-promotional education on payer coverage policy, medical benefit coding, prior authorization, and claims submission.
• Educate practices on patient assistance, product replacement, and sample programs; coordinate handoffs to HUB.
• Build and maintain trusted account relationships within an assigned territory.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess reimbursement performance and denial trends; develop action plans.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop targeted interventions; partner with Sales for aligned priorities.
• Perform account-level claims analysis; translate findings into actionable guidance for practices.
• Maintain knowledge of payer policies (Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid); escalate complex issues with data.
• Collaborate with HUB and Patient Services to ensure coordination on benefits and PA/appeals; document activity in CRM.
