Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Dupixent to serve as the field subject matter expert on patient access, reimbursement, and support programs. You will collaborate with Sales, Market Access and other teams to drive pull-through and improve access across designated geographies.

Responsibilities include educating staff on prior authorizations, supporting reimbursement efforts, and developing geographic plans.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, prior authorization, and appeal processes.
• Experience with patient support programs and financial assistance options is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay and related reimbursement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and other stakeholders to support patient pull-through.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals processes; assist with reimbursement support.
• Develop geographic plans to improve access to Dupixent and stay current on payer landscape.
• Build relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups as needed.
• Travel approximately 50% to meetings and trainings as geography requires.
