Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager - Dermatology in New Brunswick, NJ. This field-based role focuses on patient access, reimbursement, prior authorization, and pull-through for Dupixent within the US market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Market Access, and the Dupixent MyWay program to develop national strategies and educate providers about reimbursement options. Travel ~70% is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or related experience.
• Experience with payer landscape, prior authorization, and patient access programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs and access issues.
• Act as point of contact for Patient Support Services and coordinate with field matrix teams.
• Educate providers and office staff on prior Authorization, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Plan and execute geographic business plans to ensure access to Dupixent.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes and Utilization Management criteria.
• Build relationships with key customer segments and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Alliance colleagues to support patient access and program awareness.
• Conduct HCP visits to advance pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues.
• Aim to reduce cycle time and improve conversion rates for prescriptions.
