Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for the Dupixent Business Unit, covering the Boston North territory (Manchester, NH & Portland, ME). This remote role partners with Sales, Market Access, and the Dupixent MyWay program to drive patient access, prior authorizations, and coverage solutions.

You will serve as the field SME on reimbursement, build cross-functional ties, and execute strategic plans to improve patient pull-through and access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/healthcare or related field.
• Experience with specialty biologics, reimbursement, and market access is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within geography.

Responsibilities

• Field expert on patient access, reimbursement, prior authorization, and financial assistance for Dupixent MyWay.
• Build relationships with payers, providers, and advocacy groups to drive patient access and pull-through.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization/appeals processes and reimbursement support.
• Plan and implement geographic business plans to ensure Dupixent access and compliant operations.
