Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Dermatology in the Houston East area. This field-based role focuses on patient access, prior authorizations, reimbursement education, and financial assistance through the Dupixent MyWay program.

You will partner with Sales, Market Access, and account teams to implement national access strategies and improve patient pull-through. The position requires strong knowledge of payer landscapes, excellent communication, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required (life sciences or business preferred).
• Experience in reimbursement and/or patient access is required.
• 7+ years in pharma/healthcare, dermatology or market access a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field subject matter expert on patient support, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, and Dupixent MyWay to drive national access strategies.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals processes and support pull-through of Dupixent.
• Develop geographic business plans to optimize patient access and payer engagement.
• Travel ~50% to meetings/trainings/programs as needed.
