Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead patient access and reimbursement efforts in the Boston North area for Dupixent. The role partners with Sales, Market Access, and patient support programs to navigate prior authorizations and coverage challenges.

The FRM will educate field staff, build payer relationships, and develop geographic plans to improve access and pull-through, traveling up to about 50% to meet customers and programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or related.
• Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, or Market Access is a plus.
• Ability to travel ~50% to meet geography needs.
• Proven cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.
• Must be energetic, driven to succeed, and capable of handling change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field expert on patient access, reimbursement, and financial assistance.
• Partner with Sales, Market Access, and patient support programs to enable pull-through.
• Educate field staff on prior authorization, appeals, and reimbursement processes.
• Develop geographic business plans to support patient access to Dupixent.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscape and utilization criteria.
