Sanofi US is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Dupixent Business Unit, covering the Boston North territory. This remote US-based role focuses on patient access, reimbursement, and support program navigation across payers and providers.

You will partner with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to optimize pull-through and customer experience. The FRM will build reimbursement confidence, execute national strategies, and travel to meetings to ensure compliant, efficient access for

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or related experience.
Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement, and Market Access is a plus.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings as necessary – up to ~50% travel.
Energetic, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as field subject matter expert on patient support, access, and reimbursement.
Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to drive pull-through.
Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals processes.
Plan geographic business plans to support Dupixent access.
Develop knowledge of local/national payer landscapes and criteria.
Build positive relationships with key customer segments and partners.
Travel ~50% to meet with customers and support programs.
