Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Dupixent Business Unit covering the Boston North territory (Manchester, NH & Portland, ME). This field role focuses on patient access, reimbursement, and financial assistance, partnering with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to navigate prior authorizations and coverage challenges.

You will build relationships with providers, payers, and advocacy groups, execute strategic plans to improve pull-through and access, and educate office

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required; 5+ years in pharma/healthcare or related field.
• Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement, and/or Market Access is a plus.
• Willingness to travel; travel as needed within geography.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork in a matrix, with effective communication.
• Must be energetic, driven to succeed; able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field SME for patient support, access, reimbursement, and financial assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and Dupixent MyWay to drive pull-through.
• Plan geographically to support Dupixent access and payer landscape.
• Educate office staff on prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Travel ~50% to meet with providers and payers.
