Premier Talent Partners is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Northern California/Nevada territory. This field-based role involves managing a dynamic healthcare sales region with approximately 30–35% travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling products or services to healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and territory management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate clinical/scientific product information.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern California and Nevada.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow Northern California/Nevada territory.
• Develop relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, product presentations, and educational discussions.
• Drive product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute territory and key-account business plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Build relationships with influential healthcare professionals and key accounts.
• Monitor territory sales performance and execute strategies to achieve objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer activity and sales information in CRM systems.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and company meetings.
• Develop strong clinical and product knowledge to communicate product benefits effectively.
