QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience within the optometry or ophthalmic industry
• Demonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territory
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtual
• Tech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools)
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnights

• $80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable, uncapped
