Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Field Recruiter to source high-potential candidates for hourly field roles, primarily drivers and selectors. You’ll manage full recruiting lifecycle, build relationships with managers and HR, and drive offers while promoting the employer of choice across regions.

You will travel to multiple sites as needed and live within the assigned Region, supporting Eastern or Central regions with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in full lifecycle recruiting for professional roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with hiring managers and HR partners at all levels.
• Develops adaptable recruiting plans including sourcing and interviewing.
• Screeens, qualifies, and interviews candidates; makes offers.
• Tracks results and ensures compliance with policy and regulations.
• Promotes US Foods as employer of choice to candidates.
• Drives diversity recruitment programs nationwide.
• Manages candidate slates, interviews, and travel itineraries.
• Oversees the offer process and acceptance/turn-downs.
• Keeps informed of recruiting trends to meet goals.
